Privacy
Your information, handled with care.
This is our privacy policy in plain language. It explains what we collect, why, who can see it and how to ask us to delete it.
Draft for legal review. This policy is a placeholder written for clarity and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. It will be finalized before launch.
What we collect
- What you give us directly. Your name, email and (optionally) phone when you fill in a form: planning a visit, saying you’re interested in a group, team or event, contacting us, or joining the newsletter.
- Find Your Place answers. Only what you choose to share. Every question is optional and you can skip any of them.
- Anonymous usage counts. We count things like page views and link taps in aggregate so we can see what’s useful. These counts contain no names, emails or device identifiers and we don’t use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
What we don’t collect
- Payment details. Online giving is completed on our giving provider’s secure site. We never see or store card or bank numbers.
- Your sermon notes. Notes you take on this site are saved only in your own browser and are never sent to us unless you create an account and choose to sync them.
How we use it
To do what you asked: follow up about a group, team, event or visit; answer your message; send the newsletter you signed up for. That’s it. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Who can see it
Only the people who need it to help you. When you express interest in a group, the leader of that group and our pastoral team can see your note; other leaders cannot. Giving records are handled only by finance staff. Nothing you submit is ever shown publicly, and this website is never a directory of people.
Children
Photos that include children appear on this site only with a parent or guardian’s consent. If you see a photo you’d like removed, tell us and we’ll take it down promptly.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter any time using the link in any email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete any information we hold about you.
- Skip any optional question. Leaving something blank never affects how we treat you.
Where it lives and how long
Information is stored with trusted hosting providers in the United States and protected with industry-standard security. We keep contact requests only as long as needed to follow up, and remove stale records on a regular schedule.
